Did you know that the reason they never sell cashews in the shell is cuz cashew seeds have a toxic oil they produce…you would “burn” your hands and skin if you tried to open them yourself. That’s usually done by machines.

Cashews are my favourite nuts. They’re quite creamy. Good source of iron and zinc for vegans, if I remember correctly
