I am combining intermittent fasting with calorie restriction. I’m afraid that’s the only kind of strategy that has a possibility of working when you’re on psych meds.

I don’t eat after 8pm, and I don’t eat until after 10:30am. Usually I eat breakfast between 11am and noon
