im gaining weight right now and will prob gain until the end of winter

Good for you. Swimming is great exercise.
My weight has been stable and steady for many months now between 166 and 169 lbs. Right now I’m 167.2 lbs. That’s a BMI of 25.1, which is perfect for someone my age (almost 65). You need a little bit of weight on you when you’re older, (in case you get sick).

You don’t look overweight. I wish I was that overweight. Any picture of me in a bathing suit would be embarrassing.

All I really did was eat less
Not as thin as I was before, still in the process of loosing weight these past few wreks. I think I lost about 10lbs. But I’m happy with where I’m at. Won’t be long until abs are actually visible
