I’m thinking about trying to apply for it now that I’ve received SSI if I’m approved for SSI there’s a good chance I could be approved for DAC DAC pays more money monthly and doesn’t interfere with the inheritance of Estates so if my parents were to pass God forbid it wouldn’t affect my benefits Dax stands for disabled adult child

ive heard of it. my attorney applied me for it and ssi and will choose whichever pays most. from what they told me dac pays more than ssi, and can be based off parents ss status like how much they have worked

You have to be determined disabled before your 22 yrs old
