Just dancing to some michael jackson with new bluetooth headphones, burning some calories, going have some bbq. I having a great day today is one of those days that is good thanks god its not a bad day im very happy today. how about you guys are you enjoying the day? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

mediocre day is good enough for me, at least its not a horrible day you get the picture guys. Everything is fine today just chill and enjoy the day thats all. :blush:

me too this my rest week, my last day is tommorow, then i start back on 8 weeks on training again, i really enjoy my rest week. i ate BK, chinese food, tortilla chips with jalapeno cheese omg heaven. :heart_eyes:

Where do you get Jalapeño cheese? Are you in the U.S.? It sounds good but I’ve never seen it in any stores here in the U.S.

I had an amazing Sunday. Spent 7 hours at the pub with friends. Had dinner and lunch there lol. Never done that before.

Went for a walk this morning, snuck to the city with the wife and kid to buy good chocolates from a shop we love, came back to drink lattes on the back patio, and I’m just about to serve pulled pork buns for supper. This evening will be more walking, some photos, and picking away at the backlog of music to add to The Squirrel. Enjoying myself.

I had groceries delivered at 1:00pm, and then went to bed. I was up all last night with a friend who was having panic attacks. This morning I was planning my trip to see my sister on vacation.
