My ex-husband asked for sole custody. And the reason is I have a mental illness. Anyone have the experience and share with me?

I’m right there with you. My ex wife has full custody, because I am mentally ill. 
Do you have visitation? Could you please be more specific?
No visitation because I feel like my kids are trying to kill me. I have not seen them for over a year. 
I hope that you have an aggressive lawyer.
Do you ask for visitation from the judge?
I’m not sure. Probably a good place to start though. 
Yes. I do have one. Now the case is dismissed by the judge because my estrange husband failed to submit discovery materials. But he did ask for sole custody and I believe he would file the case again in near future. I am worried about it

We didn’t argue the split custody. It was no issue with the judge that I have a mental illness. My ex husband knows I’m a good mom and he’s a good dad. I’m glad we didn’t have to fight for the kids.
