Wondered if any has any experience
A few years back I thought I had it because I slept badly and seemed to wake with sharp breaths often many times during the night (especially during the phase of falling asleep). It went away though when I stopped drinking alcohol and now I sleep a lot better so I don’t think it was apnoea - just poor sleep.
