Sleep through it if you can.
I have ambien I hope it will work for sleep. I have my psych appointment on the 7th so I will bring this up.
Headphones are good.
I listen to music and take a prn benzo.
Thnx. Headphones and music can help drown out all the sounds. My headphones are noise cancelling and really block out almost all sounds.
This sounds like it could really help me.

Don’t recline your seat without asking the person behind you…
Be polite to the flight attendants…
Be prepared for the person in front reclining their seat without asking your permission! Awkward social situation!
I won’t recline then.
You might have to if the person in front of you does it, otherwise you’ll be squashed.
Just make sure you have some PRNs.
When I took a long flight of 7 hours I took extra clozapine to stay calm. But I’m afraid of flying so I could really use the extra meds.
I love airports so you’re talking to the right person if you want to upbeat happy kind of perspective on the subject
PRN, That might be the biggest help. Plus the headphones. Crowds of people talking triggers me.
Look at it as an opportunity airports are very interesting places they are almost like architectural meditation

We’re flying to Florida in July. My husband has a lot of airline miles from frequent travel, so we’re not paying much. Yay!

I’m sorry I missed the part about giving tips.
I don’t drink a lot before traveling, so I’m getting up and down to use the restroom sparingly on the plane. Moving around on the plane is uncomfortable.
Also, I watch movies provided on the plane to make the time go by quicker.
I also do a lot of people watching at the airport. This is engaging my attention and focus.
