My case manager said I was high functioning. What did she mean by that? I’ve been told before i have great insight into my illness.

It means there’s a lot of things you can do in spite of your sz. You might even be able to work

Yes, it’s a good thing. Means you have a good chance of leading a relatively normal life, provided you stay on this trajectory.
