I am afraid to make and maintain eye contact. This us really embarrassing as I can’t focus what the person is talking. It even happens with my sister and mother.

Are you sure your talking with good enough content or not 
Be calm it is normal with alot of people
Medication makes me to make a poker face and I have poverty of speech and top of that I’m avoiding eye contact
