Anybody else go it alone

I don’t know why I go it alone and never ask anyone for help. I mentioned the fighting myself question in the NA Step workbook to my sponsor, and he said he was hoping I would ask for help on the questions. I only mentioned my answer to him and wanted to talk about why I was fighting doing recovery now.

I also go it alone on a lot of stuff. I’m going through the toughest time in my life now.

I used to, but it did not work so I got help with my sz when offered it.

I fought my bulimia completely alone when I was young. I fought my sza alone when I was young too. When I finally had a breakdown at the age of 31, and was hospitalized, I learned to ask for help.
