I’ve tried glysine and suntheanine so far.
Next I’ll be trying quinoa that has lot of betaine.
I didn’t really like high doses of abilify so I’m now just taking 2mg for motivation and prolacting reduction.
I’ve upped my dosage of glcycine to 10grams (10000mg) before bed to help with sleep. I also take 200mg of l-theanine. Those are the only 2 amino acids I take as supplements. I don’t experience mind reading nor do I want to.
