I was majoring in it at a junior college but I failed my degree and dropped out because I was deeply in psychosis.
It is very fun to study and practice. Just about anyone can learn the basic programs that most graphic designers use. But only a minority are really born to do it, and have the eye for good design.
i understand the program if i were to use CMD and excute commands. but with photoshop theres to many variables.

I have drafting skills on a parallel bar but my graphics are for architecture. not graphic design.
I use Canva a lot, i really enjoy it, i use it to help me write articles for my Clubhouses Monthly Zine, we also make posters and birthday cards & more, i also recently used it for a website I’ve been working on, its a great site for graphic design.
Graphic design career… you don’t do what you want but what clients want. graphic design hobby, you can do it for creativity sake and post on art forums
I was doing this in 2018, designs about how I feel. then comes ai making me feel small. maybe hit up cara.app and see if they have a graphic design section now.

btw photoshop is more graphic art. design is more adobe illustrator
