Any more than 3 coffees and I become symptomatic

I feel energies moving around inside me etc etc. I also have a massive coffee hangover the next day.

3 cups and I’m ok.

I’ve already had 2 cups today though.

I used to be like that but now my anxiety is much better under control. I tolerate coffee really well these days.

What about decaff coffee or dont u like it ?

I found out that skipping my morning coffee, and drinking coffee at lunch-time instead, drastically reduced my morning tiredness from Seroquel. Maybe you could do a couple of informal experiments on how to drink coffee without it affecting you so much.
