Any Linux users out there?

Anyone looking forward to 2018.04

I know I’m a geek.

Using Lubuntu.

I’ve read it before posting and they are really small differences.

I’m back to W10, but will probably try out elementary 5.0 Juno when it comes out.

I’m seriously considering switching to Linux now. Windows 10 forced an update on me that corrupted my OS beyond repair and I had to spend two days extracting all my important files and creating a new USB install file (which was supposed to be simple, but Microsoft screwed up that too and it took me two hours) to reinstall Windows.

here’s your solution @anon9798425: elementary.io

You can get it free if you select Custom and just write 0

LINUX LINUX …Sadly I’m running windows 10 64bit but I use tons of different Linux Builds.

Be happy you are using Windows 10 64-bit. Try the Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Linux build. It was just recently released.

That’s gotta suck. I haven’t had any problems with Windows 10 since I got my Surface Pro 4 in 2016. Did Redstone 4 (a.k.a. April 2018 Update) screw up your system/laptop?

Yeah, I think that’s the one.

I currently have a LG x120 netbook running Windows 10 but it’s really slow. If I change it to Linux will it run better?

I use Ubuntu. I tried many Linux distros… Linux Mint is good

It depends on what you want to do, I have a netbook with the same specs and it is usable only with a light distro on it.
Try Lubuntu because ubuntu is not for low-end computers.

Why is elementary os’s 5.0 Juno release taking so long!?!? I want it now.

Recent far cry games aren’t supported; it is not that Linux can’t support them but that the developers made them Windows only.
