I play video games, work with my various craft hobbies or spend special times with the kids.
Sing (expression makes you happier)
Do therapy (releasing sad emotions)
Have you been through it before? If so you can do it again. What worked then?
Just do something. Doesn’t have to be fun on the first hand. The joy comes feine itself. Go for a walk
Sugar, lollies or soda
I listen to happy music, and exercise.
Currently eating yummy food to cheer up.
Olives, garlic bread and fizzy pop.
In a lively restaurant it’s nice 2 be around ppl without actually knowing them, alone,
Shower I just did it feels better and best of me is after this.
Also compulsory min 8 hours sleep daily
Excersise, like a daily walk and eating healthy is a foundation. Limiting time spent on screens. Other than that just keeping busy with something that interests me.
