I know it’s from reading on my bed but I can’t seem to change my habit into sitting up. It’s cozy, my way, but my neck goes on tilt. Help.
Maybe you could try a heating pad.

I get a lot of tension in my head, neck and shoulders and find the best for me is to give myself a massage and rest lying down. It’s such a relief when I massage! Feels so good
LS! I always read on my bed too. But I do yoga every day. That really does a miracle.
