Ask your doctor to refer you to a dietician.

I lost all my weight eating small plates of food and being on generic prolixin.

Ask your doctor for Saxenda or Wegovy. Both work well.

calorie counting, no processed food, maybe even keto or all combined. my moms diabetic with fatty liver. shes doing a sorta carnivore/keto. blood sugars are way better.

I’m on Mounjaro (started out on Saxenda) and i track my food intake (calories about 1200 a day) and walk like crazy every day. There is no “easy” weight loss, especially on an atypical antipsychotic, you’ll have to dedicate yourself to it. I went from 298 lbs and now I’m at 153 lbs. I can’t stress enough that it’s not easy, and it’ll never be easy, at least for me, cuz i am addicted to food and i like donuts way more than carrots. But if you decide to stick to the lifestyle changes you will be able to succeed.
