I’m feeling little tired with invega and was hoping to find something that would help me stay energized during the day. Small dose of clonazepam helps a little since it takes my anxiety away. I’m also doing treadmill exercise, ginger tea and coffee.
Should I buy a SAD lamp?
B vitamins help some people.
Sodium benzoate activated me. Same with sarcosine.
I’ll try sarcosine and maybe buy a sad lamp
SAM-e is pretty activating, if you’re undermethylating. Undermethylators tend to have fatigue problems, and SAM-e is a methyl donor. Also have to switch your folic acid with folate, since folic acid uses up methyl reserves.
I tried all that type of stuff.
Sam e. , Biofolate , thiamine, p5p , and other vitamins and minerals individualized.
I tried for months and months. No luck.
I learned it from a book called nutrient power.
Very naturopath oriented book.
Vitamin c and d are supposed to energize
I had a little bit of depression so I tried taking 5-HTP last night and today I have this “life is promising” kind of vibe going. Also, this probably doesn’t happen to most people, but after a month or two of tea my negative symptoms improved.
5-HTP helped me a lot to overcome my fatigue and a little of depression. The depression didn’t get away entirely but I can say it is much better than before. I don’t need any supplement but this.
Kratom. I love it! Don’t believe the negative propaganda either, it’s ■■■■■■■■. I order mine from Kratomcrazy.com. A kilo costs around $90. Kratom reduces anxiety, motivates, energizes, boosts mood and lessens social anxiety. Taken in small amounts has a more energizing effect whereas taking large amounts sedates. DO some research. I love the stuff, it perks me up from the grogginess of my night time Zyprexa dose.
