Back when bipolar was a viable diagnosis for me I would lurk the bipolar subreddit. I don’t know if I can exactly recommend it, however… I remember there being a lot of drama.

There used to be a bi polar sister site to this one. It wasn’t as viable it would seem.

I only go on this site but I hear DBSA has a professional run forum going on.

I’ve never tried their online forums but have attended their in person meetings and they were very productive.

I can only imagine a Bipolar forum would be a place where literally NO emojis are used.
