I’m using bananas, muesli and juices to gain weight.
I am trying to eat chips now. A bit of improvement.
Something that helps me when my appetite is low, is eating food with appetite stimulants.
Sour foods stimulate the appetite, so do foods with a lot of MSG.
Foods with MSG are, amids other things, fried mushrooms, raw tomatoes and soy sauce.
I’m not the best one to ask, because I’m struggling with eating too. But it seems to me like your depression is worsening, and I know from personal experience eating can be really hard when you’re depressed. Do you think your PDOC would let you try an antidepressant?
