I had an anxious day yesterday. My son was traveling home from his trip to Washinton DC and it was very stressful for me. He isn’t a very experienced traveler and I was worried about parts of the trip where trains connected to buses and buses connected to other buses and all that, but in the end he handled it perfectly and finally made it to his home.
Then I had a dr appointment which had me stressed. And halfway through all the madness I realized I forgot to take meds. So I was doubly stressed. But I lived through it and I’m still stable, no psychosis. I think things are going to be ok.
