Felt really bad anxiety since yesterday,no med change or huge lifestyle change.I hate the feeling like my leg is light and floating,feeling anxious around people,is there anything that can help?
take some deliberate breaths. breathe in for 5 count, hold for 3 count, exhale for 7 count. Keep repeating this until you feel yourself begin to calm down. I’m still learning what comes next. But the breathing definitely helps.
Calming essential oils can help too.
If it’s chronic or severe there are meds and supplements that might help but I agree with aromatherapy, breathing, meditation, distraction, exposure therapy, examining thoughts all being helpful to some degree too.
