Which antipsychotic affects less your driving abilities?
I don’t have a direct answer to your question but I have driven on both invega and Abilify without any problems.
I’ve been on AP’s for 40 years. I’ve driven a little less than 30 of those years. I’ve had a few (avoidable) traffic tickets and a few fender benders. I’ve only been in one serious accident that was my fault. I collided with another car going about 30 miles an hour. No one was hurt and both cars were still drivable. My insurance covered the other drivers damage and I have such a good driving record that my insurance rates did not even go up. I was on prolixen for 22 years and now I’ve been on resperidone for the past 20 years.
