Does anyone know if antidepressants stay in your permanent record?
What record is that? As far as I know there are no records for meds or dx when it comes to mental health. What country are you from?

It’ll be in your medical records, but so is everything else you’re prescribed.
There’s probably also a record of it if you refused them.
Hospital records can be kept through a system and be shared throughout various hospitals. So your record can be at many places at once.
