Ok i’m trying to remember my tricks of the trade.
I can’t concentrate at work.
But i was able to study antenna design yesterday.
that was an ok topic that won’t affect me.
then i try to concentrate on that. no pressure there
Then I would read the newspapers over and over and just skip the bad stories
remember avoid pressure, that is my trick
