Nobody should make you feel ashamed of your illness. There are plenty of role models and success stories to talk about.

@Daze I think if your mom hasn’t shown an interest in finding out more about sz by now, I don’t think she’s going to.
Unfortunately, you’ll have to learn to accept that, even if it’s disappointing.
