I remember when I was in Yosemite about seven years ago, people were claiming that they help me sometimes when they invade my privacy. I dissociate a lot.

Not thinking your ill is common with sz and related disorders. Like the thing that you think with isn’t thinking like most people think so your behind the 8ball on that for sure. It just the way it is.

Here’s some questions to you…Do you take your meds as prescribed? Do you take meds? What are you primary symptoms? …these types of questions make us understand where you are with things so we can give you support. I know you’ve been here for ages but it’s worth repeating…

Why don’t you think your sz or related ?

I take my meds as prescribed the vast majority of nights. I have “delusions,” “paranoia,” “hallucinations,” and negatives.

I don’t think I’m sz from many experriences. An old friend who I hadn’t talked about in a year, I mentioned him in conversation, and he texted me 15 minutes later. For example. Tons of stuff like that.

I’m up, dreading feeding the cat and dog, even though it’s not that hard.

Yeah it’s tough for sure and negs and the meds don’t help things. Important to keep on the little things so routine works really well for me. I’d be lost without doing things at the same time everyday even. It’s surprising how much you can achieve once you get a bit of momentum.

My symptoms are hearing people talking about me or to me, and believing the world is watching me like a reality TV show. And thinking I do mean/embarassing things and dissociate from those experiences. And thinking everybody hates me.

My doctor used to ask me if I thought I had schizophrenia. When I said I didn’t she knew I was ill.

Lots of genres. I listen to Enya a lot. Mostly calming, spiritual music. Hbu? I like Alice in Chains, too.
