Another house burned down

On my street a few houses down on the opposite side. This is just over a year since my neighbors house burned down. Lots of action. No one injured but the house isn’t salvageable. I sure hope they have insurance. :disappointed_relieved:

I’m sure it will be investigated over the next week to find the cause

Exactly. Such a sinking feeling watching it burn.

That’s terrible! Is it an old neighborhood?

Only 10 years old.

Wow. I wonder what’s going on.

All the same builders. It’s a cookie cutter neighborhood. Doesn’t exactly make me feel safe

Yeah. I get that. I’d be nervous too

Thank goodness nobody died. No pets were burnt? Dang, come to think of it, I have cried for an ant.

I just heard that the house was two suites upper and lower rentals. I sure hope they have rental insurance. So many people don’t have it.

Maybe, they do not need rental insurance, maybe they need a house, each.

That’s horrible. Hope it’s not an arsonist terrorizing your neighborhood. Do you have motion detector lights outside your home?

No. But I’m pretty sure that it is because these houses are built subpar at best.

Damn. Deja vu…that is really frightening. Glad people and animals aren’t hurt. The odds of that happening in the same street must be pretty high.
