Hi has anyone tried SAME for anhedonic depression?
tried it a long time ago. Its too expensive and i didnt notice it helping with depression. 5htp is cheaper, im taking 100mg a day of that right now with l-tyrosine. i think it might be helping a bit , not sure.

SAMe is very expensive. But it can be made in the body by taking cheaper alternatives like methylfolate, TMG etc.
