Sometimes I find myself closing my right eye. It’s not always easy having both eyes wide open. I know I do it , but it’s not something I consciously say to myself “I’m going to close my right eye” .
My wife says I blink too much.

I have no idea whether my blink rate is normal or not. I couldn’t even tell you when I’ve blinked unless I’ve done so deliberately.

Go 1 month without searching online for diseases, illnesses, and side effects, symptoms… see if your anxiety gets better. I’m willing to bet it will.
Hypochondria is real, and it defines you, up until today. Make that change!
I close my left eye all the time. Not sure why but I think it has to do with having glaucoma. Light really bothers me because my pupils no longer dilate properly.
I know I don’t have convergence insufficiency. I just found out about it while googling ‘One eye closed when reading’ . For me health anxiety is a rather sporadic thing. I’m not constantly thinking ‘Have I got x?’ .
