I’ll leave it to you to evaluate your own music.

But I have to say, the music I listened to got me quiet. Very much the kind of music you listen to whether you have troubles or not, because the music itself has other ideas other than troubles.

I can listen to this type of music when cooking, sitting outside, in the company of others–carefree. I can see this music being used in t.v. /film. When I watch, I pay attention to the background music.
