You can take a blood test to see if you have a deficiency.
I have a vitamin D deficiency and supplement with 2000 IU vitamin D3 everyday.
I’m supposed to take more than I do, but I haven’t had it checked in almost a year, so I just take it sporadically since I don’t really know how much I need at the moment.
My doctor had me taking that for months but then she took me off it.
I have a tested deficiency of D. Supposed to take 10,000 iu a day. I can’t afford it.
The good news is that I have switched from feeding on humans to feeding on livestock.
Oh, and I sparkle in the sun.
