I feel mine was brief psychosis brought on by stress … but not sure …

Yes defo is terrible.

But the good thing is I may not need to be on meds for life. It depends. Same for @Crystal-Cotton, because she has the same diagnosis.

well thats good news if u may not need meds for whole life.

but i think i m lucky bcoz i dont hear any voices telling me to do terrible things never had them, thank god
