Been feeling good this past week but I know something terrible will happen in the near future. Its part of my design.

Knowledge will give you an undying hope.
Could be false hope if it’s something else.
You just THINK something bad is going to happen to you. It’s all in your mind. Your life will go on with minor crisis’s and regular symptoms.
You should replace it or add a positive outcome on the same level. I know how it is to be a pessimist and it makes it more difficult to think that something really good is going to happen. I like to mark any future outcome as just “possibilities” so I can feel like I have more room to maneuver around instead of feeling like I’m on a single train track.

Sounds like a feeling of impending doom. I would try not to engage in it. You’re making your life less enjoyable.
