The postman delivered a parcel today. He commented that he hadn’t seen me leave the flat for a while. He was right. I hadn’t gone out for a month.

So I went and got a shower (the first for a week) and went to the pub across the street. Two old timers I know were there. They were so happy to see me. The human contact made me so happy.

After a drink I visited my sister, then down to my parents. Effectively all afternoon out of the flat. I feel better now.
