Daydreaming a thousand dreams.
Trapped inside myself.
Dreaming endless of freedom.
Freedom from my thoughts and daydreams that are stuck from within my mind.

I daydream a lot too, too much actually. I’m pretty withdrawn into myself. It’s not fair to my husband. But I can’t help it. I can’t stop it. Is that how it is for you?

i bought a DBT workbook that has practices for mindfullness.
i had a tendency to day dream, i remember my parents working on quickening me. they required me to pay attention, not float around.
does it feel like the meds cause you to daydream? be less quick?

Just a minor poem…
I use to day dream badly in school, and it affected my grades very badly. Teacher thought I was nuts my family said I was on drugs, and none of classmate would socialize with me at all.
