So finally sorted out my smart scale and got a nice surprise. After nearly 4 weeks of my new eating plan I’ve dropped 3.2kgs ( 7.04lbs) in weight. It’s hard work but I’m still eating well just smaller portions and healthier.
Basically I gave up takeaway food and sugar and it’s working. I lose another half a kg and I’m back to overweight with my BMI so I’m pretty chuffed that all this effort is paying off. I’ve gone from 108.7kgs down to 105.5 with my first goal being 104kgs. Winning Charlie!
