Yesterday morning I only took half my seroquel. I figured with the lockdown I could suffer in silence ie go semi cold turkey. I am sick of being big you see.
Yesterday went fine, good even. But this morning I took my regular dose. I figured a once in a generation public health crisis is not the time to mess with meds.
Tbh I had a bad thought that I might end up hospitalised by going off meds and my family would be put at risk by visiting.
