It didn’t give me addiction. I took it for four years and when my pdoc stopped it there was no withdraw. It made me a little sleepy to be honest.

Yes, and one my late friend got psychosis from it.
Was in detox.

Here in my country if you are on antipsychotics they give you that. I didn’t know that it can make you psychotic. In fact, I thought it was very safe, as they give it to everyone.

Eat slowly and chew your food well.

Never despair. Breath slowly. Save your air. Then poor some soda drink like coke and it will go down. make sure you keep some cold soda drink around.
