Almost a month "dieting"

After my birthday, I started new regimen on the 15th of April - I decided to weigh myself on the 15th of May - I weighed myself 2 times before this date - I don’t seem to have lost anything, but at least I didn’t gain. I decided I won’t eat sugar, but I had sweet 4-5 times for this month (which is also good, because I used to eat sugar EVERY day!)
I am very impatient and thinking of starting the Pierre Dukan diet from tomorrow. I am not sure it’s a good idea. Maybe I should wait for the results of the genetic test I did - they will give me the best medication I need and my doctor is sure this will help with food too.
Anyone has some advise?

Start exercising.

Be patient with yourself. I went on a diet about 3 weeks ago, now I eat less carbs and starch, and waaaaay more fruit and veggies. I’ve lost 10 pounds so far.

With the meds we take, it can be really tricky to get the right combo to lose weight without messing with your schedule. Just be patient.
