A doctor on the TV said that in the spring he advises his patients to take Allergy medicine, that it is good for mental health.
I take hydroxyzine for anxiety. It’s also an allergy pill. Can’t do benedryl because I’m allergic and the allergic reaction to benedryl is severe psychosis. Been there done that. That was the cause of one of my ward trips.
