All my life I searched for this. Finally found it.

When a jar has a lid it is easy to feel trapped and its not until someone breaks the seal that one can feel free. With schizophrenia it isn’t until you talk to somebody about the voices that your hearing, that you become aware of it. Unfortunately the other person is aware of it to and can do little to nothing, it is up to the schizophrenic to work it out his or her self, so in freeing the box of knowledge.
