My bf yelled at me I have a roof over my head etc. So I’m not talking to him when I have an episode. He says it’s all in my head.

Sorry you guys for going on about the neighbors. Headphones be a while. Maybe a few games if solitaire.

Same all I seem to be able to do is complain lately when really I shouldn’t because life isn’t all that bad. I have a nice home to stay at and health insurance and people who care about me.

Mellaril is an older AP. I took it when i was younger. I’m not sure how well it works because i tended not to stay on my meds then.
