That’s a good word, @san_pedro. A sigh of relief when reassurance is given. I think everyone could use that in their lives.

Music is a wonderful thing, @san_pedro. Thanks for sharing. 
It feels good to be reassured but there are many days I have to do it myself with my own words, my own reassurances. Can be simple words like “good job” or "you can do it or little rewards for a goal completed.
