I am putting this in lounge because I don’t know where else to put it but basically I have been diagnosed with Alexithymia (Here is an article if you wanna look at it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexithymia ) And it essentially mean I have trouble knowing what my emotions are and reading the emotions of other people and understanding them, causing me to come off as extremely insensitive and really knowing this now it’s amazing to look back and see how much makes since because of it. The official diagnostic is very helpful because I always just put this under depression and had never heard of alexithymia until my therapist said he thought I had it. I dont even know why I am talking about this but yeah.
