I hate Alex Trebek (the uppidity host of the game show Jeopardy). He acts like he has all the answers. Now that I think about it he does have all the answers. And when he says “sorry” because a contestant ever so slightly mispronounced a question–UHHH.

My parents used to live next door to his sister when they lived in Texas,

I also hate Dr. Phil. He once described a “crazy person” as “someone who sucks on rocks and barks at the moon.”

Dr. Phil wasn’t even a doctor when he started his show. He got his license much time after the show started and even then he only used it to make his show more desired to be watched. He’s a con-artist.
Someone in the mental health field describe his show to me as “layman’s psychology” which basically means ■■■■■■■■.

Dr. Phil’s sister-in-law died recently (she was the victim of an acid attack 17 years ago).
