My air concentrator gives off a lot of heat and I am sweating as we speak. Got to make sure I stay hydrated. Otherwise, I’m ok.

one trick you could try is keeping a glass of ice with you… every half hour or so as the ice melts youll have a sip of ice cold water on hand
