when you think about it. shipping fruits and veggies all over the world. people working together to get more variety in their diets. it’s a massive undertaking when you think about it. here they mostly grow corn and soy. neither of which I really eat. but you can get some specialty stuff locally grown at farmer’s markets and I have my own garden to tend.
