Afraid of people reading intrusive thoughts. They say hurtful things and hurt me physically and look down on me. I am screaming OCD thoughts and feel mortified. I am safe when no one can hear or see these intrusive thoughts. Sometimes I feel it got worse.

People can’t hear your thoughts, that is just a fear. Have you stopped or changed meds lately?

Do you think OCD meds can help? I wonder if they can help my irritability and anger.
